PEER 180’s monthly schedule includes daily recovery meetings, fitness opportunities, parenting support, and young adult programming designed to meet people wherever they are in their recovery journey.

Weekly Meetings & Programs

🧘 Morning Mindfulness (Yoga + All Recovery Meeting)

📅 Tuesdays – 8:15 a.m.
Morning Mindfulness is a gentle yoga and stretching session designed to start the day with presence, gratitude, and intention. The 30-minute session supports positive mindset growth and is followed directly by an All Recovery Meeting.


🤝 All Recovery Meetings

📅 Mondays – 9:00 a.m.
📅 Wednesdays – 3:30 p.m. (Joseph Center – 2511 Belford Ave)
📅 Thursdays – 9:00 a.m.
📅 Fridays – 1:00 p.m. & 5:30 p.m.

Open discussion meetings welcoming individuals recovering from any addiction. Participants share experiences, challenges, and successes in a supportive peer environment.


👨‍👩‍👧 Parents in Recovery

📅 Wednesdays – 5:30 p.m.
A supportive program for parents and families rebuilding after addiction. Sessions include interactive activities, practical tools, shared meals, and childcare in a supervised Youth Zone, offering a safe and non-judgmental space for honest conversation.


💪 Recovery Through Fitness (RTF)

📅 Tuesdays – 5:30 p.m.
📅 Thursdays – 2:00 p.m. (Kuthaus Gym – 567 Colorado Ave)

Recovery Through Fitness focuses on building healthy routines through physical activity, teamwork, and goal setting. Sessions emphasize both mental and physical growth, with modifications available for all fitness levels.


🎨 Creating in Recovery (CIR)

📅 2nd & 4th Saturdays – 4:00–5:30 p.m.
An art-based recovery gathering that brings together individuals, families, and supporters for creative expression. All materials are provided and no experience is necessary. Creativity is used to build well-being, confidence, and connection.


🧵 Stitch N Shift

📅 1st Thursday – 5:15–6:45 p.m.
Part of the Creating in Recovery program, Stitch N Shift offers a fiber arts space for knitting, embroidery, crochet, or personal projects while building community in recovery.


🌅 Gathering Light – Women’s Support Meeting

📅 Saturdays – 12:30 p.m.
A women-centered recovery meeting focused on connection, resilience, and mutual support. This gathering creates space for women to strengthen one another through shared experience.


🧠 SMART Recovery

📅 Saturdays – 2:00 p.m.
SMART Recovery (Self-Management and Recovery Training) is a science-based program that teaches practical tools for self-directed change, self-empowerment, and long-term independence from addictive behaviors. Meetings are educational and discussion-based.


🎯 R@W Recovery (Young Adults 18–30)

📅 Saturdays – 7:00 p.m.
A recovery group for young adults navigating sobriety. Sessions combine All Recovery-style discussion with engaging activities tailored to challenges and successes unique to young adulthood.
