Residents and commuters in Grand Junction should plan for continued traffic impacts as multiple city and state-led infrastructure projects move forward this week. From full road closures to lane reductions and pedestrian detours, several key corridors across the city will be affected.

🧭 What to Expect

With multiple overlapping projects, drivers should expect delays, especially during peak travel times. Planning alternate routes, allowing extra travel time, and staying alert in construction zones will help reduce disruptions.

City officials note that these projects are part of ongoing efforts to improve traffic flow, pedestrian safety, and long-term infrastructure reliability across Grand Junction.
