Drivers should plan for closures on 25 Road, Crosby Avenue, D ½ Road and Crossroads Boulevard during the week of September 28\. Downtown, work on the Ute and Pitkin improvement project will also restrict lanes on several streets.

## 25 Road and Four Canyons Parkway

Several restrictions remain in place around the Four Canyons Parkway project:

- 25 Road is closed between Flat Top Lane/Foresight Circle and Blichmann Avenue.
- 25 Road also remains closed between Blichmann Avenue and F ½ Road.
- F ¼ Road is closed to through traffic between 25 Road and Zenith Lane. Resident access remains open.
- Northbound traffic on 24 ¾ Road can no longer pass through Four Canyons Parkway.

Two-way traffic remains open on 25 Road between Patterson Road and Flat Top Lane, but drivers will be traveling on a gravel surface. Use caution and follow posted traffic controls.

## Crosby Avenue

Crosby Avenue is closed between West Main Street and American Way for improvement work. Access for businesses and local traffic will be maintained. Follow the posted detour.

## D ½ Road and San Juan Street

D ½ Road is closed between 29 Road and 30 Road, with access maintained for local traffic.

The San Juan Street intersection at D ½ Road is also closed to traffic entering or leaving San Juan. To reach San Juan Street, use the posted detour via 29 ½ Road from D Road.

## Downtown: Ute, Pitkin, Fourth and Fifth streets

CDOT’s I-70B East of Third Street Improvement Project brings the following restrictions:

- Fifth Street is reduced to one lane between South Avenue and Colorado Avenue.
- Ute and Pitkin avenues have single-lane and shoulder closures between Third and Sixth streets.
- Fourth Street is reduced to one lane between Colorado Avenue and Pitkin Avenue.

Business and residential access will remain open, along with parking and alley access.

## 23 Road and Broadway roundabout

Alcove Drive is closed at 23 Road and will remain closed for the duration of the roundabout project. Use Vista Grande Road or Columbine Drive to reach 23 Road.

Colorado Highway 340 remains open to two-way traffic, with a 35 mph speed limit in the work zone. Sidewalk access will be maintained, but drivers should expect delays and pedestrians should stay clear of active work areas.

## Crossroads Boulevard

Crossroads Boulevard is closed between its two intersections with Compass Drive. Traffic will be detoured onto Compass Drive.

Follow posted signs and directions from traffic-control personnel throughout the work zones.
